Playsafe is a synthetic playground surface and has been specially developed for playground surfacing.

The construction of Playsafe means it can be laid directly onto concrete, tarmac and grass and can be installed throughout the year making it a versatile playground surface.

Playsafe is compliant with EN1177 (impact absorbing playground surfaces) and is also great at combating soil erosion or combined with an impacting absorbing material can be used as safer surfacing. Playsafe is guaranteed to brighten up any playground and the Playgrounds UK team of highly trained installers can add fun and colourful graphics such as hopscotch, number snake and footprints.

• Playsafe® playground surfacing has been tested in accordance with BS EN 1177 and BS 7188 and achieved a critical fall height of 0.8m.


• Our Playsafe playground surfacing is guaranteed for 5 years normal use, excluding normal wear and tear, the results of vandalism and accidental damage.
